Stonehouse Nutrition's client journey involves a comprehensive initial assessment of your nutrition and health status, tailored recommendations for optimal physical and mental health, and long-term support to enhance self-compassion, self-awareness, nutrition and health-related knowledge and skills, and change behaviour. Stonehouse Nutrition specializes in prenatal and postpartum care, gestational diabetes, type 2 diabetes, family meal planning, body image and food relationships.

Courtney’s nutrition counseling practice is compassion-focused, weight-inclusive and evidence-based. She believes that nutrition information is nuanced, complicated and messy, especially when it is considered with the many factors that influence our actions and environment. Courtney’s desire to understand your story is the foundation of her practice and is paired with critical thinking, tough questions and a big smile.

Courtney is first and most-importantly a mother. Her two young kids keep her busy and also allow her to fulfill her life-long dream of being a mom. You can often find Courtney dancing around the kitchen with her kids, sharing a family meal, hiking on the Bruce Trail or going for a run around town. Alongside her partner, they own a family business in the agriculture industry.
